These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Tyre Tick through this website, by telephone, or by direct booking.

Services

We provide mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, tyre replacement, wheel balancing, locking wheel nut removal, and roadside tyre assistance in covered service areas across the UK. All services are subject to technician availability, tyre stock, weather conditions, and location access.

Booking and Customer Information

When placing a booking, customers must provide accurate information, including:

  • Vehicle registration number or tyre size
  • Service location
  • Contact number
  • Description of required service

Incorrect information may delay service or result in additional charges if a second visit is required.

Mobile Service Access

The customer must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location where work can be carried out properly. If the location is unsafe or restricted, service may be delayed or refused until suitable access is available.

Appointment and Arrival Time

Arrival times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, emergency call-outs, or previous bookings. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the estimated time provided.

Pricing

Service prices depend on:

  • Tyre brand
  • Type of service required
  • Distance to service location
  • Time of booking

The final price is confirmed before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after completion of service unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. We may accept bank transfer, card payment, or other available payment methods at the time of service.

Tyre Repairs

Puncture repairs are carried out only when the tyre meets safety standards and the damage is suitable for legal repair. If the tyre is unsafe or damaged beyond repair, replacement will be advised.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct tyre details
  • Being available during the appointment
  • Confirming vehicle ownership or authority to approve work
  • Informing us of locking wheel nut requirements where applicable

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled after technician dispatch or after travel has started, a call-out charge may apply.

Warranty and Product Responsibility

Any tyre supplied is subject to manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, road damage, improper inflation, punctures after fitting, or accidental damage.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Existing wheel damage
  • Suspension issues
  • Alignment problems
  • Mechanical faults unrelated to tyre service
  • Delays caused by events beyond reasonable control
